Custom Color Specifications:

There are no set colorations to choose from -- our process is completely customized. You choose the patina you’d like and upon estimate approval, we use your project’s color schemes to create the perfect mirror sample for you to review. |

The amount of colors used in the mirror patinas depends on your direction. Most mirrors have one or two colorations. |
| • |
Please note that we encourage the receipt of fabric and flooring samples along with paint swatch numbers and photographs to create the perfect custom sample for you. |

Sizing, Custom Cuts,
Types & Widths:

In our studio, we can readily produce beautiful mirrors and glass up to 60” x 120” per piece in any quantity required. Should you require a larger size, please contact us so that we can discuss what we can do for you. |

Our mirror & glass cutters are able to make custom cuts (i.e., holes, shapes). A pattern and/or exact measurements will need to be provided. If installing light fixtures over the mirrors on site, we highly recommend that your installers cut the mirrors at that time for a perfect fit. |

Mirror Thickness: 1/8” and 1/4”. 3/8” width can be custom-ordered. |
| • |
We can offer laminated safety glass/mirror. We also can offer tempered glass. At this time, we do not offer tempered mirrors. |
| • |
Glass Thickness (including Tempered): 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4” and 1”. Tempered glass will need to be cut to size prior to work. |
| • |
Mirrors and Glass can come with beveled edges (starting at 1/2”) and/or polished edges. All our mirrors come with seamed edges for handling safety. |
| • |
For Frame Designs, the maximum size depends on the intricacy of the design. For less intricate designs, the maximum size is 46” x 60”. For more intricate designs, the maximum size is 46” x 48”. |

All the work is done in our studio and all products used are made in the USA. |

Pricing:

To receive a quote, please download the Estimate Form (.pdf file) and send it to us via e-mail, fax or postal mail. Please note that we may call you should we need additional information to provide a complete estimate. |

Approval of estimate and a deposit is required prior to commencement of process. |

Checks are accepted and all major credit cards taken are through our PayPal account. If paying by credit card, we will e-mail payment instructions to you. Please note there is a small processing free for credit card transactions. |

There are no minimum orders. |

Samples:

Sample Mailers are sent upon request for review. They are individual samples of a requested finish and will be randomly selected in terms of color. Please note that glass Sample Mailers will be regular glass and not tempered. There is a charge for these individual mirror or glass sample mailers and the price will be credited towards a purchase. Check or PayPal is accepted. Please contact us for current pricing. |

Custom Samples are created when a commission is approved and these samples are tailored to a specific project. Up to two (2) custom samples will be made per order. Any additional samples will be charged separately. |

A Sample Package contains all of our samples in a box for your design library, in randomly selected colors. You will be the first notified of any future additions to the line. Please contact us for current pricing. |

Frames:

Our mirrors and glass come unframed. Should you need the order framed, we do have an excellent company that can provide wonderful frames to compliment your mirror or glass. Please contact us privately for their information. |

Ordering:

Please call us or use our downloadable Estimate Form to receive pricing on your chosen finish(es). You will also have a few delivery options. We are available to answer any questions you may have at (352) 243-7100. Our studio hours are Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6 pm, EST. |

Normal lead time is 6 - 8 weeks from receipt of approval and deposit. Please note these are only estimated times. Custom sample(s) will be sent to solidify final finish and colorations prior to commencement of work. |

Shipping/Delivery:

Depending on location and needs, there are several shipping options available. All options will be discussed in order to ensure the best delivery service possible for your project. |

Door-to-door service is available with a reputable glass company. The glass company will deliver mirrors, highly secured but not packaged, to your Receiver. |
| • |
Secured shipping around the world is also available. Our shipping company will securely and safely crate and ship your commission for timely delivery. |
| • |
White Glove Service shipping (available in select locations in the US and internationally). Our shipping company will securely and safely crate and ship your commission to a central location and then will deliver and move the product to its exact final destination. All details will need to be worked out in advance for the most accurate quote. |

All crated shipments will have Tip-n-Tell indicators to ensure your products have been well-treated during the entire delivery process. |
