Suzanne Rosales (Marketing & Promotions) is Regina's sister and joined the company in 2006. Since 1997, Suzanne has developed extensive work experience in customer service, and throughout the years has advanced to office management, with special skills in marketing and promotions. In 2009, Suzanne started her own specialized media firm, Global Swan, that supports small businesses with web-based solutions. She maintains Garay Artisans as a client while maintaining day-to-day contact with her siblings. She possesses extensive computer knowledge and is bi-lingual. While working (in a pinch) on some of the Garay Artisans worksites, Suzanne has developed an understanding of the "artistic" side of the company. She brings exceptional leadership and organization skills to the Garay Artisans family.

At Work: Professional, outgoing and savvy – three words frequently used to describe Suzanne at work. She's truly the eye of the hurricane – the calm center surrounded by all the crazy artists.

At Leisure: She enjoys salsa dancing and spending time with the family, including her son (Alexander the Greatest). Another pastime is traveling – recent trips include a jaunt to Las Vegas, a memorable Sister's Escapade to Italy and a long weekend getaway to Cancun (to recover from the Sister's Escapade).
